Took a short road trip to Barrie for a wedding and stopped at this gas station. Would never write a gas station review but had to for this one. The cashier was beautiful and literally made me laugh out loud. I also won a little bit of money playing the lottery. Good vibes. I’d stop here again.
Prepay at pump not working. Go inside and give $30. Pump gives me $25. Go inside to get my $5 back. Says I gave him $25. Complete scammer. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
They forced a credit card pre authorization of $250.00 in order to pump any amount of fuel. All other gas stations have amounts that can be selected prior to pumping. Not good for security reasons with our credit/debit cards. I do not recommend this location.
Hello, I would like to express my heartwarming experience of the welcoming customer service and appreciation at this Shell Gas Station. I stoped in here one evening in early August and I make it a weekly stop while I’m in Ontario visiting from Texas. The customer appreciation and respect clearly visible to all who walks in, is a standard above most and I’ve traveled all over North America . I have the privilege to full up anywhere at will, but now I drive an hour to feel appreciated where I spend my money, Shell can use this gas station’s quality of service as a benchmark for customer care and quality service to say the least. I applaud the management and staff of this establishment and give many thanks for their warm welcome every time I stop in for a fill up.
Usually a good pit stop but today the teller tried to give me $3 change instead of $13. I had to mention I paid with a 20 and then he quickly had another 10 in his hand but out of sight from behind the desk. Watch your change! I was talking to a lady next to me for a second and I believe he tried to pull a fast one as if i wouldnt notice.
This shell is in a very convenient location, easy to access. The sign however, where the gas price is shown, didn't have a price, they only had vpower + available and didn't show the price for that either. It was very easy to access the Tim Hortons from the shell, by just driving forward and it brings you back out by the street. Very well lit and overall easy access location.
Pumps are very very slow. I pretty much froze outside watching his slow the pump was. Took about 10 seconds a liter and gave up after 3 minutes at $22 because it was soo slow. No warning the pumps were slow and I was going to waste my time in the cold holding a nozzle that dropped out gas.
