DO NOT GO HERE! SCAMMER! Paid for gas inside with my debit, then the pump wouldn’t work when I got out to it. Refused to provide refund OR receipt. Told me it’s my banks problem to deal with and then claimed his system was down and couldn’t give a receipt, all while serving other customers and providing receipts. Don’t go here. He’s playing stupid and scamming people.
Washroom still not operable at what point is it illegal to advertise a washroom that no one can use? If its always closed its not a service. Remove the sign and statements in ads saying washrooms are available.
My 14 year old daughter asked to use the washroom and they refused her. As you can tell in the picture to the right there’s a public washroom sign to use for everyone. I had to rush to another gas station with her where we filled up gas as they allowed her to use the washroom. Fortunately there was a local Shell station close on hwy 9 where gas was $0.02 less then Petro and I saved an additional 3 cents with my CAA membership. God is BIG and he was watching. Disgusting customer service……. I will never give you a dollar after how you treated my child. Shame on you for being so unkind to a child….. shame on you!
Terrible customer service - rude cashier named Raj. Barely speaks english, and no, thats not a slight on immigrants, youre literally working in a customer facing role where you interact with people who need to be able to understand you, and you need to be able to understand them. Asked the same question 6 times... he wasnt understanding. No one else there to ask.
Miserable old man behind the counter - Rajah, if you dont want to work, leave. Youre doing the business a disservice and frankly, based on other reviews alienating customers. Gas is also more expensive than elsewhere in the area. This place is not worth your time, money, or energy.
I don’t typically get fuel here because it’s cheaper further south on Hwy10 or east on 9. So, it may be a great gas station, I have no idea. However, they do not sell diesel fuel or have a bulk DEF pump as advertised. Just a heads up.
The cashier is a miserable old man. Rude and ignorant. When asking about the price of a drink and I said it was 10 times the price of anywhere else, he said out it back in the fridge, I don't work for you! I was appalled at his arrogant behavior in a service industry. Obviously family owned and don't care what the other family members are doing and behaving. I've never been so insulted, worst part of my experience, I was my normal polite self. And he snapped like a rabid pitbull
