The man working couldn't be bothered to even look at me let alone say anything when I said good morning to him, just a blank stare ahead...but he didn't have a problem talking to the gentleman walking in behind me. Would give zero starts if I could
I used them 2 weeks ago to get my propane tanks refilled. The girl behind the counter said she couldn't do it and so I exchanged for new ones. 2 weeks later and both tanks are empty. I had my propane guy come, because I had a gas leak and he told me that the tanks were half filled. That's really shady and it's theft. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR PROPANE. IN FACT, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM at all. I should report them!
Absolutely shady and unprofessional experience at this Esso. I pulled up to pump gas and was told the pump had been pre-authorized for $30 with someone else’s credit card and that I would need to come inside to pay when I was done. Weird, but fine. After I finished pumping, the receipt came out showing the other person’s Visa number—clear evidence they were trying to charge a stranger’s card for my fuel. I refused to pay until they refunded the other person’s card, which they outright refused to do. The staff was extremely rude and argumentative, acting like I was the problem for not wanting to participate in what amounts to credit card fraud. In the end, I gave up, paid for my fuel just to get out of there, and left. I won’t be back. Sketchy practices and zero accountability. Avoid this place.
I recently visited an Esso station and was shocked to find out they’re charging customers for parking. It’s ridiculous to expect customers to pay for parking when they’re already spending money on gas or items inside the store. This is not only inconvenient but feels like a cash grab. Other gas stations don’t impose such fees, and it’s disappointing to see Esso taking this route. Would not recommend
Today may 28/2025 Coming this loction from last 6 year good people,gas,parking,side restaurants ,lcbo much more but want share somtg i know many foreign people working very hard and passionately but some fake people damage everyone image guys some like who working today 12 pm 1 : zero sense talking to customer ,unhelpful,zero basic knowledge,power trip I can’t explain so guys effectively ignore this guy and (carefully watch your taping machine) heart-rending sadness
