I work in Caledon East so quite often I order from this location for lunch, and I have always had an amazing experience. Food is always made quickly and is piping hot when I go to pick it up. The daytime worker I see throughout the work week (I apologize, I wish I knew her name) is lovely!
Amazing service. Great suggestions by Novi to craft my pizza. Really awesome customer experience. Novi puts her heart into it! Pizza hut needs to retain Novi or she will be an asset to your competition!!!
Sam is so incredible!! I know that when I see her in store my pizza will be PERFECT also golden brown perfectly cooked crust and the ideal toppings. She is always so welcoming and kind.
Pizza Hut Caledon - One of the best pizza places Ive been! Went this labour day weekend, it was busy but staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ordered the create your own pizza - stuffed crust with black olives, maple bacon, pepperoni, and italian sausage. Also ordered the wings in honey garlic and garlic parmesan dip There are few seats inside but there are more picnic tables outside. Enjoyed our pizza and wings with the breeze of the summer air. I genuinely encourage to go to this branch!
I visited the store in the evening and asked to use the washroom, but the staff refused and behaved very rudely. After that, I was planning to place an order, but because of her rude behavior, I changed my mind.

Veggie lover pizza was missing the cheese when I called the store for veggie lover pizza is missing cheese then the customer service lady never agreed to it..she said pizza is alright nothing wrong with pizza….even pizza is showing red sauce not cheese… zero customer service..they dnt know how to solve the problem….never ordering again from this location…. I did contact the local business but the lady never agreed she said she made it perfectly…customer service lady said there’s enough cheese on pizza …no help from local bussiness location…
