The last time I came to this location I needed a translator to order my food because the guy couldn’t speak English. Now, this time I call ahead to get a lunch combo at noon and the ovens aren’t even ready yet and a “lunch combo” won’t be ready till 12:30, lunch is over. Why isn’t a lunch combo hot and ready?
Can't order online, and they don't answer the phone most of the time. I rarely buy here anymore, not sitting around waiting in person in the year 2025.
I bought 2 pizzas the day the garlic cheese sticks were free with a pizza for a promotion on November 14, 25 for world kindness day. I found a hair in one of my pizzas. I threw both of them out . The guy making the pizzas was super nice don't get me wrong, he has beautiful curls, which should've been in a hair net. I lost money that day. It was a treat for me as I'm not working, but it was for a good cause.
Waited 40 minutes for my order. Ordered crazy stuffed bread and they were uncooked in the middle and raw dough. Garlic bread cold and barely any cheese. Saturday November 1st I was there
Went there on Tuesday evening at the last moment but the guy was very friendly, talked to me with a smile. Took my order with patience and made it with utmost professionalism. I would really recommend going there.
Came in to order at 9:35 but I was turned away due to being closed but watched someone walk in minutes later and order without issues…says it closes at 10
You can expect excellent service, especially from Dilrose! Year-later update: Still a great place to rely on our weekly-pizza! Thanks for the great service!
