, very clean place, the stuff are very very helpful and Dr. John Brajkovich was amazing, they took care of my husky very very good and they called me after the surgery to see how is my dog is doing I give them 5 stars

Caledon Mountain is caring, helpful, honest and all of the above. We've been going there for years now, it's well worth the drive from Mississauga. Dr John is compassionate, knowledgable and honest. He's genuinely kind and a real animal lover. Facility is nice and staff are super friendly. Highly recommend Caledon Mountian, expect superior service.

If you feed your dog raw food, do not go here. After attending my first appointment here with my 10 week old pup I never went back. The girl just began lecturing me about how the kibble they sell there is so much better for dogs (Keywords: the kibble that THEY sell). She was extremely judgmental with my decision to feed raw, and even after listening to her "spiel" about it (even though I have done a lot of my own thorough research I still listened to be polite) she hands me a pamphlet that basically reiterated everything she was saying about how much better kibble is. It is one thing to have an opinion - however I am baffled that she thought it was okay to judge me for MY opinion. I am a paying customer - you guys are not the only Vet clinic on the block so thank you but I swiftly took my business elsewhere!

Dr John is amazing, Staff is friendly, Not fond of the nurses, theyre quite rude actually n make you feel like youre an inconvience. Dr. John is very kind & attentive. Brought my cat here when he was having abdominal pain got charged $98 to be told it could be a blatter infection OR crystals by a NURSE n that theyd give him a shot to clear the infection IF theres one n to bring him back in two weeks if pain consists. When his pain didnt stop after two weeks i brought him back so they could charge me $180 for a urine sample that they couldve taken in the first place rather then playing a guessing game n jabbing him with a needle n hoping things get better nd also to buy dry food n TWELVE CANS of WET FOOD when i made it VERY CLEAR my cat DOESNT EAT WET FOOD.... all in all my complaints are only to inconsiderate & not attentive nurses since Dr. John fixed my problem & gave me answers once he actually saw my cat & he was also EXCELLENT with my dogs & very understanding about me not wanting to vaccinate my dog (nurses still pushing me to vaccinate when i bring her in for nail trims though n its bothersome to the point where i may just snap about how deadly they are on the next nurse to push it on me) Dr. John n the ladies at reception are THE BEST but i think they should replace every nurse in there.

If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would.I will be recommending to anyone that this is the Vet to go to. I very recently had to put my cat to sleep. My cat went in and there was some issues but this vet did nothing but the very best they could for her and I couldn't be more grateful for all the work they do and the compassion they have. Everyone there on the staff helped me cope and go through this I didn't feel like I was alone at this horrible time. They treated my cat as if she was their own and I couldn't have asked for anything better. As sad as this time is for me right now I know my cat is in a better place and that Caledon Mountain did everything and more for her. I can't remember everyone's name but I would like to say again how grateful I am and the biggest thank you for all that you do. And to Becky (I believe that's her name the only name I can remember at this time) Thank you so very much, you really are something special. You love what you do and it shows.
