“I bought a car from them. They told me it had a full safety check, but just two days later the engine light came on. Four days later the shock broke. The rear suspension bushes and the front tyre suspension bushes also had problems. I genuinely don’t understand what they even charged me for in the so-called safety check. Their behaviour is terrible — they talk like they have no common sense at all. They don’t listen, they cut you off, and they act like the customer is stupid. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they blame you for everything. They’re rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. The only thing they care about is taking money, nothing else.”
