These guys are irresponsible. Booked an appointment to change my tires a month ago came in and was told they didnt have the tires or rims. Zac whatever his name is told us to come back the week after since he ordered the product. Called the day before my appointment and was told again it wasn’t booked. Wasted my time and now my car doesnt have winter tires for the upcoming days. Dont trust these guys u need to follow up with them 10x a week cause it is ran poorly
If I could give zero I would ,started out great,good price,1300.00 ,willingness to get me in quickly.they said call you in a day or two at most and we get tires on…it’s been two weeks ,nothing,don’t waste your time
The staff at Tottenham tire are like family members. Thanks to our city contract companies getting a flat on highway 9 has become the new normal. I had the privilege getting flat minutes away from Tottenham tires. Two tires completely gone. Rolled on the boys they immediately took actions and had me back on the road in no time. Service is 10 out of 10. Professionalism 10 out of 10. Location 10 out of 10 the shop is 10 out of 10. Honest business ran by men with integrity God bless you and the team at the shop.
We we're passing by on a road trip and had some tire issues so we pulled in here without realizing they weren't open. Luckily for us though there was a young fella who was able to check our tires for us and determine there was a sensor issue. 10/10 would go back if I lived closer.
I phoned in looking for a specific brand of tire and they were able to find it for me, give me a good price, and install them onto my rims. The work was a bit slow but it seemed like it may have been a worker in training type situation. Quality control seemed to be maintained adequately throughout the process. Will be back in the fall!
When the unthinkable happens, these guys deliver they are located very conveniently at Tottenham Road and Highway nine. They took care of my wife’s car. Fix her flat in less than 20 minutes. Very big big smiles on their face very kind people guys we’ve gotta show love and support for our community businesses. Thank you so much guys you saved me in a pinch
2nd time at T.T. I priced out my 74 Vette new tires & their price was great! Also looks after my MKX for season tire switching. It's well worth drive, for top, careful service & care. Update: now my 5th time at TT, & once again excellent service. I bought a full set winter tires, came in quickly & at a great price. Instailed on a Sunday!! TT is hopping with 6 people working. Thanks for looking after me!
