I have called the TAV office 3 times and never have had a return call. He is all about putting his picture of him self on his for sale boards but his customer service is horrible.
BUYER BEWARE--TAV SCHEMBRI IS NOT AN HONEST MANOUR STORYTAV HAD LISTED OUR HOME FOR 6 MONTHS AND COULD NOT SELL IT, CLOSE TO THE END OF HIS LISTING WE SUBMITTED AN OFFER ON A HOME AND WERE TOLD THAT THE BUYER REP AGREEMENT WAS FOR THAT HOME, IT TURNS OUT THAT HE LOCKED US INTO AN AGREEMENT TO ONLY BUY WITH HIM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 3.5 MONTHS IN THE AREA THAT WE WERE LOOKING ALONG WITH THREE OTHER AREAS. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS TO BOTH TAV AND HIS BROKERAGE OFFICE, NO ONE WILL HELP US.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS A JOKE.THIS MAN CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
