Brought in 2 pairs of pants Dec 14 to be hemmed. One pair of jeans and one pair of dress pants. I needed these for Christmas and was told they would be ready by Tuesday the 19th. I asked what the cost is and was told $12 per pair. On Tuesday I went to pick up and was told they would be in after noon.I dropped by again in the evening and was told they did not arrive and would be in the next day and that I would receive a phone call. I waited and Wednesday came and went without a phone call. I then called Thursday morning to see if they were there. The lady explained that the lady that does the sewing is backed up and it will be in the next day. She also promised me a discount for the delay. I explained that I drive by caledon east on my way to work but I don't live there as I'm 20 mins north now since I moved. I also explained I needed it for Christmas and would need to pick up by Friday. She promised to have them ready and to call me. Friday I did not receive a phone call and so i called and the person who answered the phone couldn't give me any information. I didn't bother going out of my way to pick them up as they couldn't find them. They took down my number and said they would call back which they didn't. I then bought different pants to wear for Christmas for hubby and I that didn't need alterations. I called today Jan 4 and asked them what happened to these pants. The young girl who answered couldn't find them and asked for my number to call me back. She called back and told me she spoke to her boss and had found them. I then asked her how much it is as they had promised me a discount for the delay and she didn't know. I told her my mother was going to pick them up and I needed to know the total so I could give her the money. She said she would call her boss to find out. I waited around for an hour and ended up giving my mom the cash for full payment which should have been $122+13%=$27.12 My mom dropped off her pair, picked up mine and eneded up paying the full $27 without a discount. I'm still waiting for a phone call to find put what the discount is. I'm not impressed with the lack of communication, the disregard for my time and the lack of keeping their word. I will not be using them again.
Dropped off my white canada goose coat after another cleaners could not get the stains out and it came back so much cleaner and brighter. The lady had explained they would try their best. Thanks for saving me from buying a new one.
I have been using this cleaners for the last 5 years. They go above and beyond each time. Their turn around is 2-3 days, but when I needed something fast last week due to a family emergency, they were able to turn around much quicker for me and I appreciated that. Thank You!
Don't waste your time or money. My items weren't ready when they said they'd be ready. When I contacted them at the second date when they said it would be finished, they had no idea even where my stuff was. After waiting another week, I finally went to pick up my stuff and an item was missing! And at a different location! The people on the phone weren't helpful and the owner was rude about the whole situation. Plus the cleaning job itself wasn't good at all!
