I called to inquire about certain dates to book a birthday party in January. The man who answered the phone sounds absolutely miserable and just answered no to both dates without any hesitation. I honestly doubt that he even checked given how fast he responded. He didn't offer any other times or days and ended the call on that note. I'm not going to inquire further when obviously he wasn't interested in my business. The above is disappointing because I've visited here numerous times and had previously booked parties here. All of the women I've encountered have been pleasant but this gentleman is a whole different story.
Hey My experience here is really disappointing Equipment they have isn’t working . They are charging lot of money for something that doesn’t work, also the staff is very non cooperative
18 Dollars for 1 7 years old to play at this place not worth the money……also there are people in here recording your kids complete total strangers. It’s kind of eerie and there’s a man lurking. I don’t like that. I will never come back here again.
Very unpleasant place. Totally overrated. Don’t waste your hard earned money. They charged 32$ for 2 kids and said u have 2 hours to play. When we asked for washroom as kids has to use said washrooms are out of service use from nearby stores. Moreover, this place so tiny and charging huge with time limits. Save your money and visit some good place. Big regret wastage of day.
Terrible place, customer service was terrible, employee unprofessional, using profanity in front of children, music is really loud. Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place.
I've never been here, however, after reading so many terrible reviews, I don't think I would want to visit here either. And interestingly enough, I have many friends with kids who live in this area and have never chosen to take their kids here and now I understand why. I like that it's close to my parents house however after reading some of the terrible reviews and the responses from the owner, I don't think I would entertain the thought of coming here. I'm afraid to even step foot into this venue as if I did leave a review that was negative, I feel that the owner would just respond saying it was my mistake in some way or another. And I've never felt that way before going somewhere...
Don't fall for their Steam Works Studio, my husband paid a one week summer camp program for my son for $400.00 supposed to be 9:00 am to 5:00pm and when we showed up today to the location there was no one from Steam to run there camp, there was no camp, instead there was a camp offered by young engineers, the ladies who approached me was very kind and gentle unfortunately because of the amount of money already lost I wasn't able to leave my kid. Funny how you can't leave a review for Steam on google, but because simply play announce their programs I come to tell you DO NOT FALL IS A SCAM!!!
