Just visited again and purchased fresh eucalyptus, a plant and some holiday decor for an urn I am making for my mom....the owner of the store is so nice, knowledgeable and gives you advice on how to care for your house plants... If you get a chance, please shop local and support this great business...we are lucky to have such a great business in our area
What a great little spot ! The 2 women working were super kind. So many unique and beautiful plants Knowledgeable staff helped out with picking up the right things for our succulents and cacti planter Definitely will be back. Such a variety of neat things my eyes did not know where to look next. Would mention the guy working not as friendly Could not manage to hold a door when we walked out and seemed put off when other staff had asked for guidance on something, maybe just having a bad day.
I drove past the other day and decided to pop in. It’s such a beautiful place to browse around. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I left with some very unique perennials and tropicals that I’ve never seen anywhere else. Amazing experience and looking forward to my next visit
Beware of owner! Ordered 3 yards of dirt yesterday and was told by the young gentleman that we would be the first delivery of the day - approx 9:30. At 10:10 we called to inquire and were told by a female employee, after getting confirmation from the delivery person, it would be 30-45 min. At 12:15, we called again - same female staffer called Mike the owner, who we found out was doing the delivery, and were told it would be “within the hour”. So when that time came and went, I called Mike directly because he had given me his cell last fall at a previous delivery and we were going to discuss getting trees for our property. Mike finally called back, he was no where near us - still had to go back to the centre, load up and drive to our place. Finally delivered at 2:30, and lied through his teeth telling us they ‘never give delivery times’ - which is funny because he delivered here last fall…on time. Then he tried throwing his staff under the bus, claiming he never spoke to that staffer today who gave us the delivery times! Even accused her of giving out his cell number to me when in fact, he gave it to me himself last year. He then became completely unhinged. Can’t believe this is how he treats his employees and customers. Wish I could give ZERO STARS because that’s what his customer service deserves. Too bad, because we’ve shopped there a lot over the years and the staff at the garden centre has always been great but I’ll never give them my money again after this disastrous interaction.
Mike and his staff just finished the weeding and fall cleanup on our 2-1/2 acre property. Thank God for Mike and his team because it was just way too much work for us! They did such a wonderful, neat and professional job! I was so pleased and I plan to have them continue to take care of our property during the summer months.
This place has really improved. Not sure if it's the new owners or just more experience. It has been pretty mediocre in the past but was impressed last few visits.
I visited this garden centre for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely lovely. The owner was unbelievably nice, knowledgeable and very helpful! They have an amazing selection of indoor plants and the prices were fair. I will definitely be visiting again!
