The staff is great. But this is the 3rd time this location has flash defrosted their chicken wings. That means rush the defrosting stage. It leave red stain on chicken and doesn't allow it to cook all the way through. This was the 3rd time I couldn't eat 1 whole chicken wing. Because their lack for detail. Please do better. Like seriously I should not see a consistent red in all my chicken wings and not for 3x in a row
Ordered from Uber eats. 3 orders of boneless wings and fries. When arrived there was maybe 10 fries in the order. When we called they said they couldn’t do anything except ask for a refund through Uber eats. Not an easy process when it’s the restaurants issue. It an Uber eats issue.
Their new chicago style pizzas are absolutely disgusting. How can you serve that garbage to people? And have the audacity of charging $20 for it.?!?!? So sad?
Update: May 2 2025: starting at 4 starts. Ordered poutine but there was no gravy. Wings (traditional and boneless) are to die for. Buffalo. Hot and honey. Honey garlic. Yum. Fries are excellent. Wish they had blue cheese. =========== The reason I’m giving a four is because I just didn’t find the new pizza to be that great. Plus it’s small in my opinion. Had mushroom and garlic. Very garlicky. I liked that. Seemed salty. Just thinking it’s small for the price. Now… wings in the other hand. To die for. I don’t go with boneless. I go with traditional. Love them. But, this review is about the pizza.
Haven’t been here in a while, came in yesterday and was served by Mary. She was very personable and outgoing. Her service was truly amazing, brought napkins constantly, filled our drinks up the second they would finish without us even asking. Will definitely be coming back soon and requesting this young woman.
Serves people who are driving over the legal alcohol limit when they definitely know.. So senseless very disgusting and disturbing … Someone should be monitoring the bartenders and this parking lot
I was looking forward to wings after a movie date with my fiance. Unfortunately it took them over 10 minutes after being seated and it could of taken longer to get to us. No drinks offered. No order taken, 9:30 on a Saturday. We walked out. This is not the first time we have had poor service at this location.
