I have been trying to màke an appointment to get my car check as it's close to my home. I left a few voicemail message and no response. Such a disappointment.

I made an appointment for Tuesday morning but when I got there I was told they could not take me because of absent mechanics on that day. Came back two weeks later and again they could not take me. Total waste of time.

This is just an honest recount of my experience. There seems to be some backlash from the owners, this isn't a debate, only what happened. I brought my vehicle to them two weeks before I needed it again.They didn't work on the vehicle until the morning I had to leave. They sent me off without hooking the windshield washer fluid container up or the cable to tell you what gear your in. They told me it was like that... and then fixed it. The car drove much worse and made the whole trip quite dangerous. After returning I took it to another shop who notified me the part had been installed backwards, making it very dangerous, and was secured with some kind of hose clamp. They also let me know that the simple repair was done in such haste that any resulting accident could have resulted in legal action. This new shop installed a new part in 1 hour and didn't even charge me they felt so bad. With their work they noticed that key components for the needed repair hadn't been completely removed before, only those for a rush version of the repair.
I just left Auto Block and dealt with Alfonso and Moe. They are excellent mechanics and are honest people. They are family to me and will always be family. Thanks gentlemen. Oh on a side not, they once fixed a rattling heat sheild for me free of charge and I have no complaints thanks again frank g and family
